Protecting your privacy is important to Prescriptions Direct. This Policy explains how
Prescriptions Direct uses and discloses the personal information collected from and provided by you while using
Prescriptions Direct's Web site (the "Main Site"). Any personal information collected or provided to us through the Main Site will be treated with care, and subject to this Policy, will not be used or disclosed in ways to which you have not consented.
Any Order information provided to us on the site where you place an order (the “Secure Site”) will be treated subject to the terms provided in the order form which you should review prior to providing that information.
The Main Site and Secure Site are collectively referred to as the “Site”.
By using the Site, you signify your consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you may not use the Site.

The Pharmacist shall not accept the return for use or re-use of any portion of any drug or non-prescription medication (Alberta College of Pharmacists Standard 5.1 (m) Standards of Practice - The Pharmacist, Jan. 1, 1996)

Prescriptions Direct may use and share with our partners non-personal statistical or demographic information which cannot be
connected to the identities or other personal information of individual users for research purposes.

The Site may contain links to other websites which collect information about you voluntarily or through
cookies. Prescriptions Direct has no responsibility or liability for or control over those other websites. If you
stop using the Site or your permission to use the Site is terminated by Prescriptions Direct. Prescriptions
Direct may continue to use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Policy as amended from
time to time. This Policy may be changed by Prescriptions Direct from time to time in Prescriptions Direct's sole
discretion and without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person. New versions of this Policy will
